About Harnwell & Son

Harnwell & Son is your local, family-run butcher in Haddenham. With over 50 years of experience and a commitment to high-welfare British meat, we hand-prepare everything to traditional standards. Most of our meat is sourced from nearby farms, supporting local producers and ensuring freshness you can taste.

Cooking Suggestion

Roast at 220°C for 30 minutes then reduce to 180 degrees and cook for a further 1 hour per kg, cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
