Refund policy

Our products are freshly prepared to order and, for food safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been collected.

If there’s ever a problem with the quality or accuracy of your order, please let us know as soon as possible after collection and we’ll be happy to put things right.

Refunds or replacements are offered at the discretion of management in cases of error or quality concern.
