Terms of service

By placing an order with Harnwell & Son Butchers, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are sold on a click & collect basis only. No delivery services are available.
• Orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually available for collection the following day between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
• The final order time for Friday or Saturday collection is 12:00 noon on Thursday. Orders placed after this will be ready from 9:00 am on Tuesday.
• Collection point: the gate to the left of the shop. Please ring the bell on arrival.
• Payment is taken securely at the time of order through Shopify’s checkout system.
• Fresh food items cannot be returned once collected.
• Prices may change without notice, but you’ll always be charged the price shown at the time of purchase.

These terms are governed by UK law.
