Shipping policy

Harnwell & Son Butchers operates on a click & collect only basis.

• Orders can be placed online for collection from our shop in Ely.
• Collection hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
• Orders placed by 12:00 noon on weekdays will usually be ready the next day.
• The final order time for Friday or Saturday collection is 12:00 noon Thursday.
• Orders placed after that time will be available from 9:00 am Tuesday.
• Collection point: gate to the left of the shop – please ring the bell on arrival.

We do not offer delivery. If you’d like to arrange a private delivery for regular orders, please contact us directly by email.
