Most of our meat is sourced from nearby farms, supporting local producers and ensuring freshness you can taste.

Cooking Suggestion

Score the skin for extra crackling, season well with salt and herbs, and roast at 220°C for 30 minutes before reducing the temperature to 160°C. Cook for approximately 35 minutes per 500g, then rest before carving.
